I invite you to check out the schedule for my fourth annual European Tour - September and October 2011.

These courses are for everyone who feels the calling to join together in the space of love to prepare for the 2012 shift to the Aquarian Age.

Students, teachers-in-training and teachers of Kundalini Yoga who have already attended other programs are all invited. I offer my unique inner awareness approach for teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, with detailed materials for teaching your own courses.

Inspired by decades of daily Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice, I share for the first time a comprehensive guide for woman's empowerment, including valuable teaching instructions to share with other women (and men.)



Woman of the World Retreat

WOW this is going to be a very special event.  I have prepared a very special course for woman's empowerment. This has been years in the making. It is divided into 13 lessons. I present 2 each day. Each one is very profound and is the basis of an on-going process of awakening to our womanhood.  All the women attending will be prepared energetically and with the materials to teach other women. I have synthesized what I learned from Yogi Bhajan and my personal practice and teaching for over 30 years. It is all spelled out for women. Writing this special course gives me I feel a very deep sense of satisfaction. I know I am fulfilling my destiny path. I am so eager to share this with other women.
